Having remodeled and built many custom homes we have design capability to create a living environment uniquely suited to your lifestyle or investment needs.
Programs:
Owner Builder: Requires the client to take primary responsibility for the home building process. Nova Builders will guide you thru the pre-construction phase, (land purchase, plans, permits, budget,scheduling and subcontractor referrals) This program would yield the most equity at completion.
Management: Nova Builders takes primary reponsibility for the construction of the home at a set monthly fee and the client is aware of each line itme cost. This program gives the client some control of the cost.
Build to suit: Nova Builders takes total responsibility for all construction and cost as a General Contractor with a lump-sum contract.
